Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame Goes Rogue On GOP : This week Rock & Roll Hall of Fame released a “playlist” during the Republican National Convention, based on some of the big stories that were happening at the Republican convention this week.

The museum’s Spokeswoman Shauna Wilson, while speaking and told that the play list is part of an exhibit based on politics and rock ‘n’ roll. She said there are specific artifacts based on each song listed in the play list.

“Music and politics have always gone hand and hand — whether it be clashes over song usage or songs that changed minds and hearts. Thousands of delegates, artists and VIPs explored this rich history in our latest exhibit this week,” said Greg Harris, President and CEO, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. “At the GOP convention each day there were headlines that reminded us of our inductee’s greatest songs.”

Monday : Chicago’s “You’re the Inspiration” based off the chatter around Melania Trump Speech At Convention and the inspiration behind — the same as first lady Michelle Obama’s 2008 Convention Speech. This story simply refused to die until, a Trump aide finally released a statement on Wednesday taking full responsibility.

Tuesday : ‘”Jailhouse Rock” day. The Elvis Presley song was inspired by the fiery speech given by New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie on Tuesday, asking the crowd to verdict ‘guilty’ or ‘not guilty’ while speaking about Hillary Clinton’s character, judgment and trustworthiness,”.

Another defining moment starting on Tuesday at the convention was the chant “lock her up!” as speakers attacked the former secretary of State.

Wednesday : Dubbed “Lying Eyes” day ,based on Ted Cruz’s speech, in which he urged voters to “vote your conscience” and didn’t endorse Trump explicitly, he even and declined to say whether he would be voting for Trump. But given the way, Trump attacked his family during the primary, he hinted as to why he had broken his pledge to support the Republican nominee. He said he wouldn’t be “servile puppy dog” to Trump.

The Hall of Fame has not released a song for Thursday.
