Mark Cuban Expects LaVar Ball to Send Big Baller Sneakers to Donald Trump:-While on a 12-day tour through Asia, U.S. President Donald Trump reached out to Chinese President Xi Jinping about expediting the shoplifting case involving LiAngelo Ball and UCLA teammates Jalen Hill and Cody Riley.
The UCLA freshmen, who were detained at a luxury hotel in Hangzhou, China, returned to Los Angeles on Tuesday evening. Trump took to Twitter to prompt gratitude for his part in speeding up the process:
Do you think the three UCLA Basketball Players will say thank you President Trump? They were headed for 10 years in jail!

All three players individually thanked Trump:

However, Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban feels LiAngelo’s father, LaVar, will add an expensive holiday gift to show gratitude, per Business Insider’s Allan Smith.
“I can’t wait to see President Trump walking around the Oval Office in a Trump-branded suit and the Big Baller Brand sneakers I’m sure LaVar will send him for Christmas,” Cuban said.
It’s more than Trump asked for, but LaVar must feel relieved to have his son back on U.S. soil with the shoplifting charges dropped, per China Sports Insider reporter Mark Dreyer.
An expensive pair of sneakers would seal the deal on a big thank you.
