First Trailer For Winnie The Pooh Origin Goodbye Christopher Robin:- Most people grow up knowing the stories of Christopher Robin, Winnie The Pooh, Eeyore, Roo, Tigger, and Piglet, but I’d also assume most don’t know the origins of the 100 acre woods group.
Fox Searchlight’s ‘Goodbye Christopher Robin’ plans to change that. Author A.A. Milne (Domhnall Gleeson) was enlisted into the British Army during World War I and soon there after that, WWII. After that he became a writer working on mostly humorous plays. War changed him, with many looks at PTSD in the trailer, so he and his wife moved to the countryside with his wife Daphne (Margot Robbie) and his son Christopher Robin Milne.
A.A. found trouble finding something to write about until he started spending time with his son and his stuffed animals. He found his inspiration in his son and his stuffed animals to write Winnie The Pooh. The book would explode in popularity and would then propel the two onto a tour of popularity, with young Christopher losing who he is.
