Stevie J Fearing for His Life, Claims Joseline Hernandez Is Physically Abusive
Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez have always had a volatile relationship.
While the Bad Boy producer has never laid a finger on his ex, the new mom has put her hands on Stevie several times over the course of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’s six seasons.
Now that they share a child together, the father of six is fearful Joseline’s ways could not only hurt him but baby Bonnie Bella as well.
Stevie has asked a judge to force his ex to submit to both a psychological evaluation and to be assessed for anger management issues, calling the 30-year-old physically abusive towards him.
According to sources at Bossip, a recent incident involving Joseline throwing a bowl of hot mushrooms was Stevie’s breaking point.
“Joseline assaulted him in front of their lawyers as recently as this month when they were trying to mediate their problems in their ongoing child support and custody battle over their baby daughter.”
The guitarist also claims Joseline and a group of her friends jumped him back in December while she was nine months pregnant with daughter Bonnie, injuring his face and his eyes.
“He said he was filming, and even though he, VH1 production staff and his lawyer told her to leave, she lunged at him, hurling court docs and cuss words at him.”
The Puerto Rican princess is also reportedly upset over Stevie’s potential relationship with new artist, Estelita.
Stevie claims all accusations of abuse can be backed up by court documents.
The couple are currently battling over child support and custody of Bonnie Bella.
