Just because you’re Katy Perry doesn’t mean you never need some pepping up – the singer has revealed she’s Googled a hot picture of herself to make herself feel less ‘insecure’.
The 32-year-old told fans on Wednesday she was left vulnerable by two of her recent social media posts, and to change her mood found a 2011 Rolling Stone cover shoot to share across social media.
‘Was feeling insecure about my last two posts so,’ she wrote alongside the picture, which shows Katy wearing denim short shorts and a racy bra.
With almost half-a-million likes on the post, the general consensus among Katy’s fans is she definitely has nothing to worry about, while many have also praised her celebratory move.
‘You look amazing,’ wrote one follower, while another said: ‘You deserve to feel confident in your natural state.’
Searching for ‘Katie Perry hot’ yields a pretty impressive return, with 4.9million pictures and 1.2million videos of the Teenage Dream singer.
And on Tuesday, the Roar singer went make-up free to announce in April Fools’ Day joke her fourth album cover would feature a Nineties throwback snap of the singer as a 15-yar-od teen.
‘Happy April Fools! Been plotting in the same type of sports bra from my IM and laminated calendar since 99′,’ she wrote.
