Did Little Mix Just Confirm Jesy Nelson and Jake Roche’s Breakup?
Some Snapchats just don’t go away after the 24-hour mark.
Over the long Thanksgiving weekend, Little Mix fans couldn’t stop buzzing on social media when some of the members had some fun on the popular app.
In one of Perrie Edwards’ videos, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jesy Nelson were spotted singing to a “single women alone together” chant.
Perrie would also add the text: “When single life got you like…The 3 amigos always and forever! + jade & Jed.”
And for those who aren’t aware, Jade Thirlwall is the only member of Little Mix who definitely has a boyfriend. His name? Jed Elliott from The Struts. Interesting, right?
Speculation has been surrounding Jesy’s relationship status with Rixton member Jake Roche for quite some time after she stopped wearing her ring and unfollowed him on Instagram.
When asked about their friend’s engagement status in a recent interview, however, Jade and Perrie weren’t ready to disclose anything.
“That’s brutal, you just came out with that,” Perrie shared with the host. “Next question, sir. What are you going to do without your paper now, smart a**?”
Back in July of 2015, Ed Sheeran helped Jake pull off an unforgettable proposal. While performing one of his biggest hits at the Manchester Arena, the “Thinking Out Loud” singer invited the couple out on stage.
What came next was a magical proposal many girls could only dream of.
“A year ago today I met her at Manchester Arena, so it was only right, with a little help from my friend, that this happened,” Jake wrote on Instagram after getting down on one knee. “Best day of my life.”
Perrie added, “I cannot believe what has just happened! The most surreal moment of my life and everyone that I love most was there to share it with us! I feel like the luckiest girl in the world right now.”
