Confirmation

• Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 36 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status.

Redemption

• You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete Operator information, including important local telephone numbers for your destination, are included in your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print the e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

• All purchases will be confirmed with one business day after purchase.
• All Tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate. You will be notified prior to departure time if cancellation is necessary.
• We reserve the right to cancel or change any tours, schedules or rates and to cancel or substitute routes and stops on any tour without prior notice and to substitute restaurants, attractions, landmarks and or sites as directed by officials.
