Description: Some experience in retail (food industry, retail stores, etc.) and or call center is preferred but not required. 2 week paid training period. This is not your typical callcenter experience. You will be working with 45 other individuals in a noncrowded, spacious office environment, dealing with warm calls. Fulltime position. MondayFriday, regular day hours. Duties: Taking 2025 orders daily over the phone Receiving 3040 inbound calls a day Inform client about trending fashion sales Help client make decisions about which clothing articles they should order and why Making calls to check up on current clients Requirements: Attention to detail Analytical skills Incredibly accurate data entry Must be comfortable talking to clients on the phone Picking up inbound calls Making outbound calls when required Flexibility Comfortable with computers Please respond with your updated resume immediately and don't miss out on this great opportunity!
