Beautiful brand new multi specialty practice is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated, enthusiastic receptionist for our growing Lake Oswego location. Our hospital is dedicated to excellent patient care, outstanding customer service and client education. We are currently seeking a team oriented, highly motivated and compassionate applicant for reception position. Applicants need to be friendly, dependable and professional. Responsibilities include answering multi-line phone system; performing financial transactions; cleaning; and communicating with clients regarding medications and client education. Applicants need adequate computer skills to suit a paperless practice, excellent customer service skills and a pleasant, professional personality for answering phones, greeting pets and educating clients, as well as invoicing clients and collecting fees. This position also requires time away from the desk helping patients in the exam rooms. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule. Preference will be given to applicants with paperless office experience with bonus points for Impromed experience.
