Professional Credit Service, a division of Hawes Financial Group, has been helping businesses and institutions with their receivables and collections efforts since 1933. Our focus on excellent client service in each market we serve is allowing us to continue to grow. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, fulltime, Client Services Representative to join our team. This person must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess the aforementioned abilities and be able to interact with top level executives and managers with a desire to grow into the Sales field. Essential Functions: Responding to inquiries and concerns from existing and potential clients to achieve acceptable solutions, while complying with Professional Credit Service policies, practices, and procedures Identify client's needs and respond by providing superior service and resolution Represent Professional Credit Service in a professional manner (i.e. by phone, in person, through written and email communication and web material, etc.) Meet and greet clients, consumers, or employees that visit our office Occasional visits to clients to obtain documents, and maintain relationship with client Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree preferred Ability to determine the needs of our clients through effective listening and questioning skills Ability to build and maintain long term client relationships Analytical thinking Ability to work in a team atmosphere, but also resolve tasks as an individual Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Internet Explorer, and ability to learn and use proprietary software quickly and efficiently At PCS, we offer a competitive compensation structure, Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, free gym membership, 401k and Roth Plan with matching, Paid TimeOff and Holidays, Volunteer and Community Outreach Programs, Wellness Initiatives and a business casual environment.
