Therefore your most important responsibility will be delivering personalized, friendly service, ensuring that our customers feel appreciated and valued. Bilingual in English and Spanish is REQUIRED. Duties: 1. Supervise and Manage store employees 2. Qualify loans according to company guidelines 3. Prepare and process applications 4. Call collection accounts and resolve any outstanding issues with customers 5. Maintain cash drawer accuracy 6. Answer incoming phone calls 7. Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping requirements 8.
