RESPONSIBILITIES: Answers all vendor inquiries; Reviews and reconciles invoices; Creates and maintains various spreadsheets; Assists with purchase order processing; Assists with the preparing of financial reports, to include balance sheets and profit and loss statements; Assists with maintaining all accounts payable files; And all other job duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required; Associated Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent field required, Bachelor's preferred. TRAINING Must stay current and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED); Must stay current on accounting/finance laws and regulations. KNOWLEDGE Familiarity with accounting/finance practices required; Excellent computer (highly in MS Excel), mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
