OVERVIEW
Arts & Rhythm Ballroom Dance Studio is the premier ballroom dance studio in the New Orleans area. It is owned by Irene Martin Torres, who has been involved in ballroom dancing, instruction and competitions for over 30 years. We offer many different classes during the week by appointment. Styles include cha-cha, waltz, rumba, bolero, polka, merengue, samba, salsa, Viennese waltz, hustle, foxtrot, tango, east and west coast swing and mambo. Our new studio features beautiful wood floors in a mirrored, well-lit ballroom with a professional sound system to give you the best ambiance while learning. We pride ourselves in our ability to make everyone comfortable in our welcoming and friendly dance atmosphere. Arts & Rhythm proudly endorses the Dance Vision International Dance Association's (DVIDA) curriculum. This curriculum is the subject of daily study by our dance directors and teachers.
