OVERVIEW
As part of its on-going commitment to the Atlanta area, Fifth Third Bank (Georgia) is going to bat with three local baseball teams Γ’€“ the Augusta GreenJackets, the Gwinnett Braves and the Kennesaw State University Owls Γ’€“ to launch Strike Out Hunger! This community food drive will run from April 18 through May 3 and is aimed at collecting enough products to feed 5,300 families in the Atlanta Metro area. Members of the community are encouraged to donate non-perishable food items Γ’€“ such as canned fruits and meats, peanut butter and boxed cereal Γ’€“ to participating Fifth Third Bank financial centers. While supplies last, the bank will give baseball game tickets to those who make a contribution to the food drive, courtesy of this yearΓ’€™s generous partners. When: April 18 through May 3 Where: Food collection bins are set up at all 32 Fifth Third financial centers in the following counties: Columbia, Richmond, Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett, Walton, and Cobb. To take part in fighting hunger and receive game tickets, Atlanta-area residents can visit one of the following financial centers from April 18 through May 3: Financial centers in Martinez and Augusta will provide tickets for: Augusta GreenJackets vs. Greenville Drive Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 7 p.m. Financial centers in Alpharetta, Atlanta, Duluth, Lawrenceville, Loganville, Roswell, and Norcross will provide tickets for: Gwinnett Braves vs. Lehigh Valley Ironpigs Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 7:05 p.m. Financial centers in Kennesaw, Marietta, Roswell, Smyrna, Powder Springs and the Vinings Cobb location in Atlanta will provide tickets for: Kennesaw State University Owls vs. North Florida Ospreys Friday, May 16, 2014 at 6 p.m. ** Disclosure: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
