2013 Honda Civic - ONLY 4k MILES! LIKE NEW - $14999 (Smiths, AL)
OVERVIEW
I'm selling my new Civic. It's painful to do so, but "ya gotta do what you gotta do." I purchased this car in December of last year. We originally went shopping for a station wagon, but I fell in love with this sedan when I saw it at the Honda dealer.
This is the only late model Honda 5 speed that I've ever seen that isn't an Si (sports car). I don't need a sports car, but I prefer stick. If you're still reading this, then you understand why some of us still like to shift gears. This Civic drives like a dream, and the motor is sewing machine smooth.
Unfortunately, since I didn't buy a station wagon last year, we drove our old Saturn wagon for chores and family duties, we only drove the Civic to church and special occasions. Yes, it only has 4k miles.
We recently purchased a new station wagon (see pics). We've already put more miles on the new wagon than the Civic. It's insurance and tag renewal time, and we can't see spending so much money for a car we don't drive.
The first day we got the Civic, I put seat covers on all of the seats, floor mats on top of the floor mats. I'm the original owner and have a clean title in hand.
Although it only has just over 4K miles, I took the Honda in for its 5K mile service, and everything came up perfect on dealer inspection. All books and records since new. I've kept all of the papers, stickers, and even the brown key bag from the dealership. Paid almost $20,000 with taxes and fees in December 2013.
FAQs:
The first thing everybody asks is, "what's wrong with it?" Answer: NOTHING it's a new car.
The second thing everybody asks is, "why are you selling it?" Answer: Every year around Christmas I buy a new car. I'm taking the extra money and putting it toward a new station wagon we recently bought.
A lot of folks ask, "are you a dealer?" Answer: No, I've been financially blessed enough to be able to purchase a new car every year or so. Problem with buying a car is then you gotta sell a car. This year I'm swapping around my car and truck.
Finally everybody asks, "what's the least you'll take?" Answer: Instead of pricing high and coming down, I'm giving everybody my best price from the start: $14,999. Look around, shop... You won't find a better car for the money.
