Responsibility\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\n
• Email list health: monitor and maintain engagement groups to determine frequency<\/span><\/li>\n
• Monitor daily email deliverability, working closely with our certification partner<\/span><\/li>\n
• Manage the automated programs designed to welcome, provide valuable services<\/span><\/li>\n
• Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, development<\/span><\/li>\n
• Collaborate with other key OpenSky teams to create and enhance the value proposition of emails<\/span><\/li>\n
• Create benchmarks and track performance across email count and engagement metrics.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Vendor management as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Experience:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree, preferably in marketing<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 5-7 years of direct marketing experience in retail with an emphasis on email and mobile marketing<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Understanding of email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to extract<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Demonstrated success within an e-commerce environment<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Technologically savvy and able to translate business requirements<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Managed vendor relationships effectively<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Review and modify SOWs and RFIs<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Strong creative, customer segmentation and analytical experience<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
