Biphoo seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Manager of Search Engine Optimization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in the travel industry and with its products.<\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\n
• Build team of SEO specialists to drive quality content and increase sites organic traffic\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
• Assess existing SEO and content strategies and introduce new tactics.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Partner with external agencies\/vendors to create, implement, and optimize natural search campaigns\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
• Manage Ranking and Keyword status by producing keyword analysis<\/span><\/li>\n
• Manage online content and ensure that all copy is engaging as well as user and SEO friendly.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Researching and understanding the latest search engine algorithms, rules, techniques, and trends<\/span><\/li>\n
• Responsible for creating annual\/monthly goals, job descriptions and KRA for new and existing hires<\/span><\/li>\n
• SEO industry and trends to ensure compliance and efficiency with the latest SEO guidelines and algorithms.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Educate internal resources on the importance of SEO.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Responsible for developing global SEO strategies, mobile and new line of businesses.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Analyze opportunity for growing traffic<\/span><\/li>\n
• Responsible for forecasting and budgeting; hiring, direct cost, and website traffic<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  \n
  • BS in Marketing or related field; MBA or comparable work experience preferred<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 10+ years demonstrated e-commerce experience, with a minimum of 7 years of SEO experience<\/span><\/li>\n
  • International SEO experience<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Hands-on experience with Google Webmaster Tools or similar technology <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Demonstrated team leadership abilities<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ability to define opportunities and problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and make valid conclusions<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Innovative thinker capable of operating both in a strategic capacity and a hands-on\/execution capacity<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
