To stop dropping chemical weapons on villages,&#8221; she said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">&#8220;Today, we know that the Russians did not keep their commitment.
