I know that, in a way, this honor is not bestowed on me alone, but on a team of programmers that for many years has been working with dedication, commitment, and passion for cinema,&#8221; stated Barrionuevo, who is currently co-programming the series Neighboring Scenes: New Latin American Cinema at the Lincoln Center in New York.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">A festival programmer since 2010, Barrionuevo has been in charge of experimental sections and retrospectives of the program, also shedding light on the local Super 8 filmmaking scene, all under the presidency of Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ednez Su\u00e1rez. &#8220;I&#8217;ll give my best effort to keep him proud of this Festival.
