He spent months refining it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">\u201cYou can lock a door with a lock, it can get shot out,\u201d Rivard told KARE. \u201cYou can lock a door with this, it can\u2019t get shot out.
