The Swedish case was dropped in May last year, but Britain still has a warrant for his arrest over the breach of bail terms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Last week, Assange\u2019s lawyers lost an attempt to have the warrant quashed, but they launched a separate argument that it would not be in the interests of justice for the British authorities to take any further action against him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Judge Emma Arbuthnot is expected to rule on that point at Westminster Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
