And there is nothing more important than the family.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Alvarado called last month\u2019s ruling by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights a violation of Costa Rica\u2019s sovereignty and an affront to traditional values.
