international organisations were alerted when the communist state\u2019s last dish was launched into the atmosphere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Russian military analyst Vladimir Khrustal\u00ebv was reportedly told Pyongyang is preparing to launch two satellites into orbit with one being used for terrestrial surveillance and the other for telecommunications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Mr Khrustal\u00ebv visited North Korea in November &#8211; he told media earlier this month that the dish for telecommunications weights more than a ton while the surveillance equipment comes in at 100 kilograms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Yesterday, Kim Jong-un\u2019s media mouthpiece, the Rodong Sinmun, reaffirmed the rogue state\u2019s right to expand its ambitious space programme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">The latest slew of shocking propaganda entitled &#8220;peaceful space programmes are sovereign countries&#8217; legitimate rights&#8221; declared that the launch of a satellite \u201dabsolutely corresponds\u201d with international law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Since taking power, Kim Jong-un has expanded the space efforts of his rogue regime &#8211; at the end of 2012 he claimed the country had successfully launched a satellite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">North Korea appears to have ignored Christmas in a bid to persist with provocative efforts &#8211;
