He will next appear in court on Wednesday. The court also ordered that Noori be assessed by psychologists.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Islamist militants have used vehicles to attack people several times in Europe and the United States over the past couple of years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">In January, six people were killed in Melbourne\u2019s central business district when a man used his vehicle to mow them down.
