He is best known for his aggressive social media presence; his YouTube channel has amassed more than 11.1 million views and his Instagram account has 500,000 followers. Zo\u2019s 2015 vlog calling out the whitewashing in Netflix\u2019s Death Note went viral during that casting controversy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Wong is the son of Hong Kong power couple Melvin Wong and Angie Chiu. Born in Hong Kong, the actor received a bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration from USC and a master\u2019s in performing arts from Beijing Film Academy. After appearing in a handful of films across greater China, including 2017 Taiwanese romance Falling in Love, in which he played the male lead, Wong will make his American film debut in Universal\u2019s Pacific Rim Uprising, a U.S.-China co-production.
