{"id":54717,"date":"2017-12-16T05:04:56","date_gmt":"2017-12-16T05:04:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.biphoo.com\/bipnews\/?p=54717"},"modified":"2017-12-16T05:04:56","modified_gmt":"2017-12-16T05:04:56","slug":"illinois-teen-killed-crash-88","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.biphoo.com\/bipnews\/news\/illinois-teen-killed-crash-88.html","title":{"rendered":"Illinois teen killed in crash on I-88"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Illinois teen killed in crash on I-88<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Illinois teen killed in crash on I-88:- An Illinois teen has died from injuries sustained in a four-vehicle crash Friday morning, December 15, on I-88, near mile marker 108.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Police say it was just after 10:30 a.m., while the left lane of I-88 eastbound was closed for maintenance, when 19-year-old Samuel Gradman, the driver of a 2003 Infiniti, failed to yield to construction equipment and hit a 2015 Ford.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">The initial hit caused Gradman to lose control of his car and hit two tollway vehicles, a 2017 Ford truck and a 2011 International truck.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Police say Gradman died from his injuries.
