stealth fighters are part of the slew of planes taking part.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">The US Pacific Command tweeted: \u201cCombined US-ROK forces send 230 aircraft &#8211; including 5th-generation stealth fighters &#8211; to Exercise #VigilantAce, ensuring alliance airpower is ready to Fight Tonight if necessary to defend Korea.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Colonel William D Betts added: &#8220;In the event, we need to help defend our 51 million Korean allies, I need to be sure the 51st Fighter Wing is synchronised with the Combined-Joint force.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">\u201cVigilant Ace is an opportunity for us to do just that;
