The crime is punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Perales admitted he dispensed opioids and other drugs to three patients in exchange for sex between 2011 and 2013.
