Security Council committee overseeing the embargo imposed in 2011.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">\u201c&#8230;We hope that this embargo will be partially ended at least against some of the military branches such as the presidential guard and the coast guard,\u201d Sarraj, the head of the Government of National Accord (GNA), said before meeting with U.S. Defense Secretary Jim Mattis at the Pentagon.
