There is no sensible way of using military force to actually achieve the goal of denuclearising North Korea and being able to be sure that that has actually been successful.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">&#8220;Even if we did so the cost would simply be too high. Students in nearby schools were also evacuated from classrooms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">The quake is the second biggest to ever hit South Korea.
