Yes, this means she\u2019ll be crossing paths once again with her former flame Klaus (Joseph Morgan), much to the delight of Klaroline fans (like myself). Well, the show\u2019s EP Julie Plec went on a Twitter spree and gave fans some major tidbits \u2014 including major Klaroline scoop! \u2014 about what to expect in the final season. \u201cWe\u2019ll see Caroline several times over the season, and they actually have some really interesting convos about their past dynamic and attraction,\u201d Julie tweeted to a fan about Klaus and Caroline. \u201cSeeing it through the prism of Hope\u2019s crush on the \u2018bad boy.\u2019 Caroline talks about what drew her to him when she was a teenager.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Are you screaming? Because I\u2019m screaming. Klaus and Caroline have such an undeniable connection and chemistry. It\u2019s about time they talked about it. But will this lead to romance? That\u2019s still to be determined.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Julie also teased the evolution of Klaus Mikaelson in the final season. Klaus is a very complex character, but we all love him. \u201cI love Klaus too, and this season we get to see both sides of him,\u201d she revealed on Twitter. \u201cThe angry, paranoid, despairing Klaus, and the Klaus who longs for (but doesn\u2019t believe he\u2019ll ever have) unconditional love.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">But how will it all end? We know that Julie will make sure the finale is equal parts thrilling and touching, as we saw with The Vampire Diaries finale. Julie did offer this morsel about whether or not our fave characters will get their happy endings. \u201cWell, I really can\u2019t tell you because I don\u2019t want to leak anything about the ending,\u201d she said. \u201cI will say that the ending for all the characters is a blend of beautiful, tragic, hopeful and profound.
