He had been convicted of sexual battery in 2011.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">The judge must decide whether to send Burrier back to prison or to a treatment program for sex offenders.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Prosecutors say Burrier isn&#8217;t autistic and that earlier treatment didn&#8217;t change his behavior.
