North Korea THREAT: Trump’s World War 3 plan outlined by analyst \u2013 ‘We will go to war’<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

NORTH KOREA must believe Donald Trump is ready to go to war, according to a political analyst outlining the US President\u2019s potential plan to deal with the rogue state<\/span><\/p>\n

North Korea sparked fears of World War 3 after it continued its international condemned intercontinental ballistic missile testing.<\/span><\/p>\n

US President Donald Trump threatened to \u201cdestroy\u201d the hermit nation and has used his tour of Asia to continue to mount pressure on Kim Jong-un to halt his nuclear ambitions.<\/span><\/p>\n

The American also hinted he would be willing to start negotiations with North Korea in order to find a diplomatic solution to the crisis.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, Mr Trump must maintain the appearance that he is ready to go to war at the drop of a hat, according to a political analyst.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fox News\u2019 Pete Hegseth warned North Korea will not come to the negotiating table unless they genuinely fear the US President is genuinely ready to decimate the hermit nation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hegseth said: \u201cYou don\u2019t do so to in order to ratchet up a nuclear conflict, you do so to tell the Kim Jong-un regime you will go no further.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s why the President wanted to go to the DMZ, he wants to say \u2018we will go to war if necessary, to prevent living nuclear blackmail from you.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe would prefer diplomacy, we avoid war, that\u2019s how you avoid death and how this is ultimately resolved.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThey have to believe that we\u2019ll do something militarily or else diplomacy has no chance.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

North Korea has accused Mr Trump and the US of heightening tensions in the region after the US President delivered a speech in South Korea.<\/span><\/p>\n

North Korean officials said: \u201cThe United States is threatening us with nuclear aircraft carriers and strategic bombers.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThey are challenging us with the most vicious and demeaning provocations but we will counter those threats by bolstering the power of justice in order to take out the root cause of aggression and war.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr Trump had warned North Korea it will face disaster unless its despot leader abandons his nuclear ambitions.<\/span><\/p>\n

The US President said: \u201cThe weapons that you are acquiring are not making you safer, they are putting your regime in grave danger.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEvery step you take down this dark path increases the peril you face.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr Trump spent two days in South Korea as part of his 12-day tour of Asia, telling Seoul\u2019s national assembly he is ready to find a diplomatic solution to the North Korea crisis.<\/span><\/p>\n
