These could leave oil vulnerable to short-term corrections lower,\u201d said Jeffrey Halley, senior market analyst at future brokerage OANDA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">An RSI is a trading momentum indicator in which a value of over 70 points is seen to be overbought.
