He tried to use herbal remedies to help his condition but they didn\u2019t work, the outlet said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">He started to believe he\u2019d been cursed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">\u201cI told my grandmother that I have been infected by a disease, but I\u2019m not sure what it is. It could be a curse. I knew this was not God\u2019s work, but the devil\u2019s,\u201d Forence said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">The condition can actually be caused from a mosquito bite injecting larvae into the bloodstream, which can develop into parasitic worms that block the body\u2019s drainage system and causes swelling.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Forence\u2019s neighbor put his story on social media and it quickly went viral, garnering the attention of a local governor\u2019s wife, who ordered a doctor to inspect him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">He was given two operations to reduce the size of the scrotum and rebuild the penis so it can be used, and he couldn\u2019t be more relieved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">\u201cWhen I got up I was surprised that my body was so light. All the heaviness had gone\u2026 I\u2019m swimming now.
