We\u2019re working on it. It won\u2019t be a halo, it will be some form of a windscreen,\u201d said Miles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">\u201dWe\u2019re making real progress on something that won\u2019t really alter the look of our car. Drivers will be able to see through it, over it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">\u201cForget what each of us may think about it aesthetically or otherwise, it\u2019s pretty clear that since we\u2019re on ovals and they\u2019re banked, the driver couldn\u2019t see up through it (the halo). You\u2019ve got to be able to see up,\u201d added Miles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">Formula One is due to introduce its halo cockpit protection system from next season after also testing transparent shield concepts.
