Get ready for a night at the movies! We were transported to many different worlds on the Oct. 23 episode of \u2018DWTS\u2019. See who was on top and who went home below!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Each couple had to wow the judges, including guest judge Shania Twain, with a certain genre for movie night. First up, Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev danced the Argentine Tango to \u201cDerni\u00e8re Danse\u201d by India (Foreign). \u201cI didn\u2019t need subtitles to follow this story. You have a tenderness\u2026I thought it was great,\u201d Len Goodman said. Shaina said it was romantic, sensual, and elegant. Bruno Tonioli said there was Parisian chic and poise. Carrie Ann Inaba said if she extends her legs and feet like she is extending her arms, she will look like one of the pros. They got a 36 out of 40!<\/span><\/p>\n

Drew Scott and Emma Slater danced a Paso Dobl\u00e9 to \u201cLegend\u201d by The Score (Action). \u201cI thought all the drama was captured\u2026this is all about a power struggle and I thought the timing was excellent,\u201d Shania said. Bruno said the timing went wrong and he seemed over-excited. Carrie Ann said it was \u201centertaining; however, there were mistakes.\u201d Len said it was \u201can awkward looking routine.\u201d They got a 30!<\/span><\/p>\n

Next, Nick Lachey and Peta Murgatroyd danced The Samba to \u201cWild Wild West\u201d by Dru Hill, Will Smith & Kool Mo Dee (Western). \u201cThe samba is very hard for men\u2026you can never look like you\u2019re trying\u2026but I loved the concept,\u201d Bruno said. Carrie Ann loved the breakdown \u2014 and I agree! Shania loved the \u201cengaging spirit\u201d of the dance. They got a 26!<\/span><\/p>\n

Victoria Arlen and Val Chmerkovskiy did a Paso Dobl\u00e9 to \u201cWe Will Rock You\u201d by Queen (Sports). The ballroom was transformed into a hockey rink \u2014 so cool! Len loved the concept and was pleased. Carrie Ann said Victoria contained the intensity of the dance. Shania said it was creative and a lot of fun. Bruno loved the concept but also that there was Paso Doble content. They got a 31!<\/span><\/p>\n

Terrell Owens and Cheryl Burke did a Jive to \u201cFeel It Still\u201d by Portugal. The Man (Spy). \u201cThere is an ease about the way you dance,\u201d Len said. Shania loved that they were in character and loved the attention to detail. \u201cLight on your feet, great timing, you are becoming better and better,\u201d Bruno said. They got a 37, including a 10 from Shania!<\/span><\/p>\n

Frankie Muniz and Witney Carson did a Jazz to \u201cHolly Rock\u201d by Sheila E. (Animation). Shania \u201cloved it. Frankie, you were just so liberated. Right on.\u201d Bruno said he felt like he was on acid. Carrie Ann said it was really entertaining but there were a lot of mishaps. Len said it was well done and entertaining. They got a 31!<\/span><\/p>\n

Vanessa Lachey and Maks Chmerkovskiy did the Quickstep to \u201cLet\u2019s Be Bad\u201d from Smash (Musical) \u2014 with a wardrobe malfunction to boot! Bruno loved the theatrical pizzazz. Carrie Ann said she handled the malfunction like a champ. Shania said there was \u201csass, humor, and class.\u201d They got a 36! They seemed much happier and connected this week.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jordan Fisher and Lindsay Arnold danced the Rumba to \u201cSupermarket Flowers\u201d by Ed Sheeran (Drama). Carrie Ann said the entire dance was a wave of gorgeousness. Len said it was well-crafted but didn\u2019t like his \u201ctwiddly fingers.\u201d Shania loved the elegance. Bruno said it was \u201cmagnetic storytelling.\u201d They got a 39!<\/span><\/p>\n

Finally, Lindsey Stirling and Mark Ballas did the Argentine Tango to \u201cHuman\u201d by Sevdaliza (Sci-Fi). \u201cThe dancing was brilliant, the choreography was phenomenal,\u201d Len said. \u201cIt was so graphic and intense. I\u2019ve never seen sharp edges look so graceful,\u201d Shania said. Bruno said it was the best dance of the season! Carrie Ann said they slew this dance. They got a perfect 40!<\/span><\/p>\n
