North Korea ready for WAR as it finishes building nuclear arsenal<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

North Korea ready for WAR as it finishes building nuclear arsenal:- The hermit dictatorship is quickly reaching full nuclear capabilities and is expected to conduct more provocative nuclear tests, South Korea\u2019s top diplomat has said.<\/span><\/p>\n

Speaking to the South Korean news agency Yonhap, Seoul\u2019s Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha said she expected to see more testing in the near future.<\/span><\/p>\n

She said: \u201cParts of its tunnel have been destroyed after the North conducted the sixth nuclear test, but it has more than one of them so [an additional nuke test] can be done at any time.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Ms Kang said that North Korea could complete its nuclear arsenal and be prepared for World War 3 within a matter of months, echoing comments from CIA chief Mike Pompeo.<\/span><\/p>\n

However she added: \u201cNorth Korea declaring the completion of its nuke weapon and it having a strategy on how to actually use it are different issues.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Ms Kang travelled to Europe this week to seek international cooperation in dealing with rising tensions between North and South Korea.<\/span><\/p>\n

The North has embarked on an increasingly aggressive nuclear testing programme, shooting missiles at such a frequent rate that it has threatened to destroy its own testing ground.<\/span><\/p>\n

It has also stepped up its hostile rhetoric against its southern neighbour, threatening total destruction of Seoul.<\/span><\/p>\n

While dictator Kim Jong-un has engaged in a war of words with US President Donald Trump, with both leaders threatening to hail down fire and fury on their respective nations.<\/span><\/p>\n

The tensions have long been set to reach boiling point. Kim\u2019s development of a full nuclear arsenal could be the final straw for the South and its military allies who have long feared a devastating attack.<\/span><\/p>\n

On Friday, Ms Kang met with Belgian Foreign Minister Didier Reynders and the EU\u2019s top diplomat Federica Mogherini.<\/span><\/p>\n

She said: \u201cWe confirmed international community’s full support on our approach to resolving the North Korea’s nuke issue.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt is another tool to support our diplomatic pressure on the North.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

However North Korea appears uninterested in a diplomatic solution and could be poised to attack its neighbours once its arsenal is complete.<\/span><\/p>\n

Choe Son-hui, director-general of the North American Department of the country\u2019s Foreign Ministry said earlier this week there would be no negotiations over its weapons – and the US and South Korea would have to \u201cput up\u201d with nuclear tests.<\/span><\/p>\n

She told reporters in Moscow: \u201cThe Democratic People\u2019s Republic of Korea [DPRK] is not planning to hold talks on nuclear weapons and the US has to get along with the DPRK\u2019s nuclear status.<\/span><\/p>\n

“This is a matter of life and death for us. The current situation deepens our understanding that we need nuclear weapons to repel a potential attack.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

She added: \u201dWe will respond to fire with fire.”<\/span><\/p>\n
