Donald Trump ‘prepared by generals to STRIKE North Korea’ in World War 3 action plan<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

DONALD Trump has been briefed by his generals on options to respond to North Korean “aggression”, it has been revealed.<\/span><\/p>\n

The President met with top defence officials on Tuesday to discuss his options as the world braces for another North Korean missile launch.<\/span><\/p>\n

In a statement, the White House said: “This morning President Donald J. Trump met with members of his national security team to receive a briefing from Secretary of Defense James Mattis and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Joseph Dunford.<\/span><\/p>\n

“The briefing and discussion focused on a range of options to respond to any form of North Korean aggression or, if necessary, to prevent North Korea from threatening the United States and its allies with nuclear weapons.”<\/span><\/p>\n

After the meeting the US flew two supersonic bombers over the Korean peninsula.<\/span><\/p>\n

The B-1B bombers flew over the Korean peninsula in a show of force late on Tuesday, according to South Korean authorities.<\/span><\/p>\n

It comes after months of threats and missile tests from the hermit kingdom, who last month tested a missile capable of reaching the continental US.<\/span><\/p>\n

Donald Trump\u2019s North Korea meeting was held the meeting in the situation room in the White House where US Presidents traditionally hold \u201cwar councils\u201d at times of conflict.<\/span><\/p>\n

The most senior US general recently told the American army to \u201cstand ready\u201d for war with North Korea.<\/span><\/p>\n

General James ‘Mad dog’ Mattis warned it is impossible to tell what the future holds for the crisis, but urged US troops to be prepared for a confrontation with Kim Jong-un.<\/span><\/p>\n

He said while Donald Trump is committed to finding a diplomatic solution, the US Army must “stand ready” to fight.<\/span><\/p>\n

The move comes after North Korea issued its latest warning to the USA which described Mr Trump as a \u201clunatic\u201d and said he needed to be prepared for \u201ctotal destruction\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

The statement was bizarrely issued by a spokesman for North Korea\u2019s \u2018Emergency Measure Committee for Opposing Nuclear War Drills against the DPRK\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n

The spokesman said: \u201cThe evil cycle of escalation of tension persists and the danger of the outbreak of a nuclear war mounts on the Korean peninsula.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt is because the US and the puppet forces are planning to keep the US strategic assets in and around south Korea on a permanent basis by expanding the scale of their deployment while kicking up the racket of nuclear war drills against the North.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
