After all these years the feud between Pink and Christina Aguilera is SO over. The 2017 VMA Vanguard Award recipient has revealed that their bad blood is ancient history.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">Group hug! Hating on your fellow musicians is such a bore according to Pink. The 37-year-old hit back at a fan who dissed her 2001\u2033Lady Marmalade\u201d video alongside Christina Aguilera, 36, saying that Xtina was the only true star of the song. While there was some tension between the women back in the day, their feud is long since over. The 2017 MTV VMAs Vanguard Award recipient responded to a fan\u2019s mean tweet who wrote, \u201cLet\u2019s celebrate @Pink\u2019s Vanguard Award with the only relevant video of her career, starring as Xtina\u2019s backup singer,\u201d and included the iconic video from the sexy hit. The colorfully named singer wasn\u2019t having any of that hate directed at her.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">\u201cWant to point out an awful new phenomenon of the last 10 years. We can no longer be happy for each other. I heart Xtina, we\u2019ve made amends,\u201d the singer \u2014 real name Alecia Moore \u2014 responded on Aug. 15. She tweeted \u201cMusic brings us all together. The best part of music is \u2014 there\u2019s room for everyone to win at the same time. Don\u2019t be what\u2019s wrong w\/da world.\u201d Preach it!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">\u201cLet\u2019s be an example of inclusion and celebration. You don\u2019t have to like me at all, I\u2019m ok with that. Just be a decent person,\u201d she continued, before making it personal. \u201cAnd you\u2019re f*ckin Rip, Van Winkle, if you\u2019ve never seen one of my videos,\u201d she added for good measure. BRUTAL! While she took a break from the music biz since 2012 with the exception of 2016\u2019s tune \u201cJust Like Fire,\u201d maybe she just needs time to reconnect with more of today\u2019s younger fans. We\u2019re just so happy she\u2019s finally back in the limelight with her new song and video for \u201cWhat About Us?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">We saw in a VH-1 Behind the Music special in 2009 that Pink got super riled up when a record exec wanted to take away her part on \u201cLady Marmalade\u201d and give it to Christina. \u201c[Label executive] Ron Fair walked in. He didn\u2019t say hi to any of us and said, \u2018What\u2019s the high part? What\u2019s the most singing part? Christina\u2019s going to take that part,\u201d Pink recalled. \u201cI stood up, and I said \u2018Hi. How are you? So nice of you to introduce yourself. I\u2019m Pink. She will not be taking that part.
