The results of the consultation will be announced in July.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:18px;\">Snap, the parent company of messaging app Snapchat, shocked many investors with an initial public offering last month that included a first-of-its kind share structure that offered IPO investors no voting rights.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:18px;\">&quot;FTSE Russell is aware of concerns raised by some stakeholders regarding the prospective index inclusion of securities with no voting rights such as the recent IPO by SNAP Inc,&quot; according to a statement from FTSE Russell on Monday.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:18px;\">Clients of FTSE Russell include big fund managers such as BlackRock Inc and T. Rowe Price Group Inc.
