(nyti.ms\/2lC69Gw)<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:18px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">&quot;I believe that the company&#39;s noncompliance with these rules was deliberate and primarily with the intention of maintaining a higher share price.
