The global benchmark fell 0.17 percent, down from an all-time high set just over a week ago.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:18px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Johnson &amp; Johnson (JNJ.N), Exxon Mobil (XOM.N) and Wells Fargo &amp; Co (WFC.N) led Wall Street higher.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:18px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">The Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI rose 2.46 points, or 0.01 percent, to end at 20,858.19. However, &quot;the sand in this particular bull market hourglass is getting smaller, not greater.&quot;<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:18px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">The dollar fell against a basket of major currencies as the euro gained after European Central Bank chief Mario Draghi suggested it was less necessary to prop up the market through ultra-loose monetary policy.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:18px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Draghi said the ECB removed a reference to using all available measures to induce growth and inflation &quot;because the sense of urgency is not there.&quot;<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:18px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">The euro EUR= rose above $1.06 during Draghi&#39;s remarks, reversing declines.
