\n\tBecause she has an actual baby to show off instead!<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIndeed, the actress and husband Dean McDermott have confirmed to the world that they are parents for the FIFTH time, with Spelling have just given birth to a baby boy.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tAnd his name is…<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t… Beau Dean McDermott!<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tBorn at 1:48 p.m. on Thursday, the child weighed in at 5 lbs., 12 oz. and measured 18.5 inches long.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t“We are over the moon in love with baby Beau," Spelling told People soon after becoming a mother once again.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tShe added:<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t"He is a true blessing and his brothers and sisters were overjoyed to meet him! We are all truly grateful for our big beautiful and healthy family."<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tSpelling and McDermott’s latest addition joins a quarter of siblings. They are:<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t        Finn, 4
\n\t        Hattie, 5
\n\t        Stella, 8
\n\t        Liam, 9<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tMoreover, McDermott has an 18-year-old son named Jack from his previous marriage.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tAlong with the above statement, Spelling shared the following previous photo on Twitter, writing as a caption:<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t"We are so excited to announce the birth of the newest member of the McDermott family! Please join us in welcoming Beau Dean McDermott."<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tDespite already having four kids… despite having reportedly battled financial problems over the years… and despite how very easy it is to NOT get pregnant, Spelling said in October that she and McDermott were not planning to expand their family.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t“It was a total surprise,” Spelling told People at the time. “But we always wanted a big family. I’m really excited.”<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tMcDermott just got sued for unpaid child support, making us wonder how he and Spelling can afford to keep pumping out kids.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tBut the ex-Beverly Hills 90210 star didn't seem too bothered by the potential monetary hold-ups when talking about her pregnancy last fall.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t“Dean was saying, ‘We just got Finn out of diapers; I thought we were in the clear!’ ” Spelling laughed of her husband's reaction to the state of her womb, adding:<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t“For the first time this year, they’re all in school. So it’s like, wow. We’re basically starting over.”<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tSpelling has spent the last several weeks documenting her growing belly on Instagram.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tShe's clearly been excited about the prospected of five-time motherhood… and now it's actually arrived!<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t“This baby happened at the best time,” she told People a few months ago.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t“Nothing is ever perfect, but I’m so madly in love with my husband and with our kids. The idea of adding to that is such a blessing.”<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
