A ruling is due by the end of June.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:18px;\">The companies&#39; brief says they are &quot;concerned about the stigmatizing and degrading effects&quot; of the policy adopted by the school board.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:18px;\">&quot;Gender identity discrimination is a form of sex discrimination,&quot;
