Wallenda was not injured, said the circus founder.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:18px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">The pyramid was part of Circus Sarasota&#39;s record-breaking attempt to perform the eight-person stunt, Circus Conservatory CEO Pedro Reis said during a news conference Wednesday.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:18px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Two persons were critically injured, but those injured are expected to recover, circus officials said.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:18px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">&ldquo;Circus artists sometimes compare themselves to Nascar Formula 1 drivers pushing the limits,&rdquo; Reis said, adding that this wasn&#39;t the first time the crew had attempted the complicated pyramid.
