Another undisclosed cash donation and tech aid came from Amazon, Politico reported. Facebook did not give cash to the inauguration committee but made an &quot;in-kind&quot; donation such as Instagram photo booths and a mini Oval Office for party-goers, Politico said.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:18px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">The contributions, designed to boost influence with the incoming administration, may anger Silicon Valley technology workers who have been mounting grassroots opposition to Trump&#39;s policies, particularly the immigration ban.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:18px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">IBM employees&#39; anti-Trump petition is growing<br \/>\n\tTech&#39;s latest start-up: Anti-Trump activism<br \/>\n\tIt&#39;s common for companies to curry favor with a new administration by donating to the inauguration celebrations.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:18px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">The companies could not be immediately reached for comment or had no statement.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:18px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Some companies have not yet said what the value of their contributions were.
