Blac Chyna, Rob Kardashian Set Wedding Date<\/span>:-<\/strong> Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have reportedly set a date for their long-anticipated nuptials.<\/span><\/p>\n

The updated news comes courtesy of Blac\u2019s business attorney, Walter Mosley, who simply confirms \u201cthey\u2019re getting married and there\u2019s a date.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Another source described as close to the couple adds the new and doting parents have circled sometime next summer for their big day, with the ultimate plan calling for the two to build up suspense among fans via another season of their Rob & Chyna reality show.<\/span><\/p>\n

The E! Network show has become akin to a cash cow for the couple, with Rob already reportedly netting as much as $120,000 per episode. The couple has been dating for roughly a year and welcomed daughter Dream to the equation over the last several weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n

Just what roles family members of the two might play in bringing their dream wedding to life remains a mystery, particularly given Chyna\u2019s newfound legal issues with the Kardashian sisters.<\/span><\/p>\n

Earlier this month, Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney all moved to legally prevent Blac from trademarking the name Angela Renee Kardashian with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.<\/span><\/p>\n

In their filing, lawyers for the sisters insisted they aren\u2019t singling Blac out, but simply moving to protect the brand and empire they have strategically toiled to build for themselves.<\/span><\/p>\n

The petition also maintains they stand to \u201csuffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill\u201d and accuses Chyna of \u201cdeliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity\u201d of the Kardashian name.<\/span><\/p>\n

Over the last few days, Mosley shot down talk that the soon-to-be family members had settled their differences and the matter had been settled.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThis is not resolved, as far as I\u2019m concerned,\u201d he said, all the while insisting that his client didn\u2019t have any immediate plans for making use of her would-be new moniker and was simply locking it up as a protective measure.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe report of a truce does not make it true,\u201d he added. \u201cUltimately, until Kim, Khlo\u00e9, and Kourtney respond to me and tell me they\u2019re dropping the challenge, I don\u2019t know that this matter is over.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Just where momager Kris Jenner stands on the matter also remains in question after several media outlets reported she had personally told Chyna the filing was a mistake and she was calling off her daughters.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cDickinson Wright hasn\u2019t reached out to my office to tell me it\u2019s resolving,\u201d Mosley added of the Las Vegas firm representing the sisters.<\/span><\/p>\n

While Mosley still holds out hope that the filing could be just one big mistake, he let it be known he\u2019s convinced that the Kardashian sisters could easily clear the air if they truly want to.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThey have 50 million followers,\u201d he said. \u201cVery easily, they could post something that says, \u2018We\u2019re still behind you (Chyna). We love you, we would never do that.\u2019 And they could make this a non-story.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

While Chyna has refrained from publicly speaking out on the matter, her mother, Tokyo Toni, hasn\u2019t been quite so diplomatic, recently taking to social media to unequivocally express her full support for her daughter.<\/span><\/p>\n
