Alexis Bledel has made her first late-night TV stop since \u2018Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life\u2019 dropped on Netflix. Keep reading for what she told Jimmy Fallon Nov. 28 about the show\u2019s controversial final four words.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">So have you binged on The Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life yet? Well, what are you waiting for?! Rory Gilmore herself Alexis Bledel, 35, stopped by The Tonight Show to discuss the Netflix event for the first time since it dropped Nov. 25. She was tight-lipped on spoilers, but she did give us some details about how she reacted to learning the shocking final four words of the show!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Alexis revealed that she didn\u2019t find out the big plot twist until they were prepping for GGYITL, saying that creator and showrunner Amy Sherman-Palladino, \u201ctold me and I was very shocked. She kept it to herself until the very end.\u201d Amy has said in interviews that she came up with the final four words during season one of the show and that\u2019s how she wanted to end the series. But she left before the show\u2019s final season in 2007 and her vision never happened. Not only that, she never revealed the words to anyone on the cast or writer\u2019s staff so obviously everyone was taken by surprise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The blue-eyed beauty also shared with Jimmy Fallon who her three favorite characters on the show are outside of the main cast. \u201cCesar is awesome, he works at Luke\u2019s and runs the place. He\u2019s underrated and amazing,\u201d Alexis dished with love. She also adored Rory\u2019s neighbor and dance school teacher because the actresses who played them always brought so much tuneful magic behind the scenes. \u201cBabette and Miss Patty, every time they would come to the set they would get together and sing show tunes. It was so raucous every time they were there. And Kirk as well,\u201d she added about the quirky handyman who became a fan favorite.
