His Dad\u2019s Cryptic Message Freaks Fans Out<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Whoa. \u2018The Walking Dead\u2019 fans dug up an interesting post from Chandler Riggs AKA Carl\u2019s dad on Nov. 17, and it has them nervous that the actor might be ready to bow out of the show! See the message, and fans\u2019 panicked reactions to it, right here.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Chandler Riggs, 17, has been on The Walking Dead since the very beginning, and we\u2019ve watched him grow up on-screen. His dad William was feeling a little sentimental about that on Nov. <\/span>17 <span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">when he shared a touching message to his son on Facebook.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201c7-year contract completed!\u201d he said. \u201cGrateful to AMC, Cast &amp; Crew, TWD fan base and especially Chandler for always being 100% dedicated. Whether it was getting up at 4 AM, working in the cold past 2 AM, leaving his friends and carefree <\/span>kingdom<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> behind, scrambling to make up missed schoolwork, he has done it without complaint and always made me proud &amp; amazed to be his dad!\u201d Aww so sweet!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">We loved seeing his dad get all mushy, but some fans took the \u201ccompleted\u201d comment and graduation-mosque speech to mean that Chandler\u2019s time as the beloved Carl is coming to a close. However, we wouldn\u2019t start freaking out just yet. Carl hasn\u2019t died in the comics, and starting TV contracts are regularly seven years. He could very easily start a new one, and after Glenn and Abraham\u2019s shocking deaths on the season premiere, we don\u2019t think they\u2019ll take another major character anytime soon, but you never know! Chandler did get accepted to Auburn College on Nov. 6, as he revealed to thrilled fans in a tweet.
